How do I get billed?

At the time your account is opened, you receive an invoice from us. It covers the activation fee and the first quarter of your subscription.
After that, we send you a quarterly invoice.


How can I buy more space?

When the used space on the back up server exceeds 95% of your reserved space, you automatically receive an email from us.
You can change the amount of reserved space by going to: http://www.osidis.com/us/shop.


Is there a cost for restoring data?

The restoring of data is part of your subscription.
It is free when you restore your files from OSiDiS.
You can nevertheless order a copy of your back up on CD or DVD at (http://www.osidis.com/us/shop).


What type of payment do you accept?

For the payment of the OSiDiS subscription, we accept credit card payments or direct deposit.

How do I renew my subscription?

The subscription is for a period of one year.
Renewal is automatic if we do not hear otherwise from you.
