How do I download OSiDiS?

You can download the OSiDiS Program for free at http://www.osidis.com/download/setup.exe.


Where are my Registration number (ID) and my Key?

If you bought the OSiDiS program in a store, the Registration number (ID) and the Login Code are in the box.
If you bought the OSiDiS program on the Internet, the Registration number (ID) and the Login Code will be posted on your screen or will be sent to you via email.
If you have tried the OSiDiS program online and have activated the subscription directly afterward, you will not receive a Login Code (you do not need it).
The Registration number (ID) must be a numeric sequence of 10 digits.
The Login Code is a lower case letter followed by 9 digits (For example: "l" is a lower case "L", not a capital "i").


How do I activate my account?

If you have a Registration Number and a Login Number, Just enter your User Name and your Password in the "Config" window.
Then, click on the green button on the right of the Password.
A screen containing a form will appear.
Complete the form and click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.
Your account is then automatically activated.


How do I get a Registration number (ID) and a Key?

You can get a Registration Number (ID) and a Key when you buy the program on the Internet, in a store or directly from an OSiDiS reseller.

Can I install OSiDiS several times under the same account?

Yes. As long as you use the same User Name and the same Password, you can install the OSiDiS program on several computers at the same time.

Can I change my Password?

We highly recommend that you not change your Password.
Your files are encoded with your Password. If you change it anytime through the back up process, you will end up with files backed-up with one Password and others backed-up with another.
When you restore your files, you would have to match the different Passwords with their respective files and back up dates.
Your Password never goes out of the boundaries of your own computer.
If you have forgotten your Password and you do not have the OSiDiS program installed on your computer anymore, we regretfully cannot help you.
If you still have the OSiDiS program installed on your computer with your Password, you can send us the config.db file as well as the config.dnx file to password@osidis.com.
