I have entered the Registration number (ID) and the Key but they are rejected

The registration number (ID) and the Key can only be installed once. If this is the first time you use the Registration number (ID) and the Key, make sure it is entered properly.
The Registration number (ID) must be a numeric sequence of 10 digits.
The Login Code is a lower case letter followed by 9 digits (For example: "l" is a lower case "L", not a capital "i").


I have forgotten my Password

Your Password never goes out of the boundaries of your own computer.
If you have forgotten your Password and you do not have the OSiDiS program installed on your computer anymore, we regretfully cannot help you.
If you still have the OSiDiS program installed on your computer with your Password, you can send us the config.db file as well as the config.ndx file to password@osidis.com.
Attention: This approach would open access to your Password as well as your files.


How can I change my Password?

We highly recommend that you not change your Password.
Your files are encoded with your Password. If you change it anytime through the back up process, you will end up with files backed-up with one Password and others backed-up with another.
When you restore your files, you would have to match the different Passwords with their respective files and back up dates.


How can I cancel my account?

You can contact us at customer@osidis.com, including your User Name and indicate that you want to cancel your account.
To uninstall the OSiDiS program: Start Menu - Programs - OSiDiS - Uninstall.


How can I reinstall my account?

You can download the OSiDiS Program for free at http://www.osidis.com/download/setup.exe.
Then you must reinstall OSiDiS and enter your User Name, your Password and your Secret Code without clicking on the green button on the right of the "Password" field.


How can I increase the reserved space on the back up server?

You can increase your reserved back up space by contacting us at http://www.osidis.com/uk/shop.
Carefully follow the instructions.


Can I install OSiDiS on several computers at the same time?

Yes. As long as you use the same User Name and the same Password, you can install the OSiDiS program on several computers at the same time.
