When I click on the "Restore" tab, it shows: "The connection failed"
- Your User Name or your Password is incorrect.
- You are not connected to the Internet.

When I click on the "Restore" tab, OSiDiS is frozen for a few minutes
You have a soft or hard firewall, click on "Firewall" in the "Config" window.

In the back up log file there is "Connection interrupted"
Your computer was disconnected while the back up was being performed. OSiDiS will start to do the back up again at the next session.

In the back up log file there is "Impossible to add the file..."
- The file is open (use the agent “Open File Manager” for OSiDiS).
- The file does not exist anymore and therefore cannot be backed-up.

Change the size of the file name (max. 220 characters).
